Ive been thinking of recabling and wanted to know were I could get some nice Y-splitters (plastic or wood). Also, how do you thinks it would look with sr-325's? sr-60's? Im scared of messing up so I might do the sr-60's first.

I think adhesive heatshrink can make a nice looking y-split. All you need to do is position the wires in a Y shape and clamp down the center with a pair of needle nosed pliers while shrinking the heatshrink.

One of our head-fi sponsers, quables, has some nice inexpensive plastic/rubber ones that would work well. I'm about to order one, as my K340 deserve better than heatshrink on their starquad

They are actually very nice. But 5mm would be very thick for headphone cables no? Guess It not the big a deal... Techflex would fill up the hole or some heatshrink underneath.

Whats the smallest diameter techflex available?
