It has been a while I visited the Forum.
For sometime I wondered what it was on the track "The Boxer" from the Album "Bridge Over Troubled Water" at 4 min 44 sec the sound is muffled/wobbled/confused or something I cannot describe. Is the audio so complex that the cone is unable to reproduce correctly or some other artifact on the audio? When you listen you will know what I mean.
Could someone offer some technical reason?
Are you still around Nick Charles? You could throw some light (or strobe light) on the subject.

PS: I did ask another question about this album, the exact note frequency but I don't think we got to the bottom of it.
