Wiring a 3-pin 3,5mm jack to microphone

Hi there and sorry if this case has already been answered here - I couldn't find a definitive answer.
 
I'm recabling Superlux hmd631 headset. From what I could see in the left can there are 3 wires for headphones (obviously) and 2 wires for microphone (ground + signal?).
Now I'd be grateful if someone explained to me how I should solder the 2 microphone wires to a 3 pin jack (neutrik in my case). Haven't done this before and have no clue.
Any help would be much appreciated :).

Tip & Ring both to +ve
Sleeve to ground
