Well, I have paid a lot more than that for the same caps.

Ahhh, don't feel bad. You have to buy them in 1k quantities minimum from the distributor (you get 'em for a decent price at that quantity, though).

Even still, I wouldn't pay more than $65 for the bag of 100 because they are still just metallized film polyesters. Wima's, to be sure, but let's face it - they ain't gonna be used in any demanding applications like snubbing 200A/1200V IGBTs in an AC motor drive (or, ahem... coupling audio signals

)

These are meant for bypass applications, and, as such, don't merit a great expenditure.

I did buy some other caps from this outfit. Fast shipping and packed well.
