Got a SMIV. Opened it up to find this.
Problem is this fell off

So I dropped in one of those things that looked identical to the two others and now I've got this

So, the $64,000 question is, as I know less than nothing about this stuff, will this be ok? will it do any damage to the amp? It sounds ok.

You have a very customized unit there. The thing that fell off looks like a stacked opamp (2 single channel amps on top of each other). You replaced it with something else, but i dont know what. Your best bet is to put the thing that fell off back on. its keyed so plug it back in notch to notch.

This is what I was thinking, but wasn't entirely sure if something was broken or not. Opamps usually don't fall out.
