Today only, Earphone Solutions has Shures on sale for 20% off, they are an authorized Shure dealer. I would like to buy the SE-420's (are they the right ones for me will post new thread), but my only lingering questions is, what happens if/when I need to get warranty service? Can I send them into Shure Canada for warranty?

Thanks all for the help

If Earphone Solutions is an authorized dealer then yeah, I don't see why they wouldn't. AFAIK the only important condition of Shure's international warranty is that you buy from an authorized dealer. I purchased SCL4s from an authorized Amazon trader located in the US and contacted Shure NZ if they were covered by the warranty, they affirmed that they were.

I would pay more for the Ultimate Ears. Triple.fi 10 with triple drivers, than the SE-420. Spend bit more to get much better quality sound... but Dual Driver wise, the Q-Jays are excellent as well and cheaper.

There is a dedicated forums for IEMs and Portables here:
