Will Arcdisk 40g external HD work with karma?

I've recently been looking at Archo's webpage and noticed they offer a 40g Arcdisk external HD. It works trough a usb 2.0 port. Will this work with mp3 players having a usb port such as the rio karma? I if so pretty neat idea.

no.

on other hand, the arcdisk uses a hitchi drive and so does the karma, so you could physically transplant one to the other. making it fit in the karma takes a little modding but not all that difficult.

of course, it wuold be cheaper just to _buy_ a hitachi 40gb drive (1.8-inch). newegg.com had some last i checked.
