Why Windows resamples Tidal but not JRiver?

Has anyone noticed that in Windows Tidal is resampled to Windows' default sample rate but JRiver's sample rates stay correct to file's?
1. I'm using Tidal's Exclusive mode;
2. In Windows is allowed applications to take exclusive control on the devices and Exclusive mode applications are given priority.
Any explanation why these two different apps are treated differently?

Because JRiver is specially designed to bypass Windows' machinations.

JRiver plays the audio at its native sample rate because you have set it to use WASAPI in Exclusive mode.
According to https://support.tidal.com/hc/en-us/articles/28548110049681-Exclusive-Mode Tidal is supposed to do the same. If it doesn't, something is broken.
