Opened my 'brand new' fiio E17 that I bought from noisy motel.
 
I went into 'system run / run time' and it reported 17 hours and 49mins usage.
 
I have asked noisy motel and they said they'd ask fiio.
 
I'm not too concerned, it looks and feels new and the batteries weren't charged or anything.
 
(usage is now at 20hours =p)

Very sorry , each unit will be burn in before delivery in case there are any problem and our worker must forgot to reset it .
 
It is to a quality control program so don't worry about it and there are any used E17 now.

Pretty sure there is a bug in the runtime calculation. My timer jumped from 0d to 27d in the span of three days. Received the device ten days ago and I'm already at 40d. Whoops!
