Inspired by the "Who is the most down to earth celebrity" thread, who is the jerkiest, most arrogant, condescending celebrity that you have had the displeasure of crossing paths with? I have two:

Bert (Campy) Campaneris - A star shortstop for the Oakland A's back in the late 60s to early 70s. What an arrogant a**. I can't say that I actually met him, just asked him for autographs, a few times, when I was a kid. Never signed one. I do recall one game when our little league team went to watch them play (we were the A's too so we all wore our little league uniforms. How cute was THAT?). We were by the A's dugout getting autographs and Sal Bando tossed a ball to one of the kids on our team. Well, he dropped it. Campy picked it up, turned to the kid and called him a name, and pocketed the ball.

Tom Weiskopf - I played in a Pro-Am before the Raley's Senior Gold Rush golf tournament and had the misfortune of drawing Mr. Weiskopf as our pro. He didn't talk much, and when he did it was usually to belittle our lack of skills as golfers. What fun we had.

Noel Edmonds

Website

Back in the 80's after a works Christmas party in a hotel in Knightsbridge (London) my girlfriend and I were looking for a taxi to take us home and I spotted Noel Edmonds coming in the opposite direction.

I said "hello Noel Merry Christmas" and the guy looked at me like I was a piece of dirt and said "go and f+++ off!" I have never in my life come across such a rude, arrogant pumped up little scroat and this guy was on television pretending to be some kind of "nice guy"

Well Noel, in the unlikely event you are reading this, f+++ you too!

Billy Crystal - I can't dislcose incident information but I responded to a paramedic emergency where he was the "victim" and he insisted that every firefighter and medic entering the scene be checked for cameras. He was very nasty and never thanked any of us for saving his life. I promise you he would'nt be here today had we been 1 minute later.

Harrison Ford - he was just as bad as BC and complained to the dept that myself and another firefighter "Manhandled" him when we tried to get him in an ambulance. He was'nt really in bad shape but he was very drunk and demanded that he be taken back to his hotel room. That night three Chicago Fire Department companies acted as a taxi service. He is actually from Chicago and still owns a house here,he knows the dept brass and there has never once been an incident report for the three or four times he has been treated by medics

Aiden Quinn -this guy promised to get me fired for sticking him several times to start the IV. I promised him that even the Mayor could'nt get me fired unless they could prove I killed somebody intentionally. I asked him would he like me to prove it and he shut up. For the record, we found him in the exact same bar that Mr. Ford frequents and the one that Chris Farley spent the last few days of his life hanging out in.

I knew Belushi and Akroyd in Chicago back in the 70s. I met them after Blues Brothers went into first release when they had a joint on Wells behind the Earl of Old Town. Both of these guys were from Second City and were well familiar with the town, Belushi having grown up there. So being out of town or unfamiliar doesn't cut it as any excuse. Akroyd was always a sanctimonious prick; he didn't know me until he wanted something, he was all over me until he got it, and then it was back to not knowing me again. Belushi was a nice guy, but was being badly served by his groupies. His brother Jim was also a regular guy.

David Clayton Thomas - lead singer with Blood, Sweat and Tears. A friend and I attended a concert and, after the show, happened upon the band having a late meal in the hotel we were all staying at.

This friend, who was a bit shy anyway, mustered the strength to approach Thomas to thank him for the great show and get an autograph. When he asked Thomas for an autograph (handing him pen and paper), Thomas responded "What do you want to do with it, j**k off with it?".

If Akroyd was «hanging around» with Belushi is it me or it could lead to strange conclusions....

If you ever seen a Mexican movie, specially the new ones lije "Sexo, Pudor y Lágrimas", you may have seen Susana Zavaleta.

She's pretty much rude, has a diva attitude and is pretty much full of herself. And she doesn't like short men and she was very vocal about it (please, don't ask).
