Hi there,
I'm new to iBasso, not to amps in general, but still am kinda new to the head-fi scene.
Recently had a chance to get a FiiO E3, and funnily enough, got my E5 the same day DHL delivered the iBasso T4, they were both delayed.
The iBasso T4 sounds fantastic! So does the iBasso CB01 Flat Silver Cable Interconnect.
I'm wondering what chips the T4 uses?
I'm guessing they're not Texas Instruments?? They sound so much different than the OPA627AU that I have on my X-Meridian Sound Card, and had in my HeadRoom Cosmic Traveler...? as well as the HeadRoom Mini-Amp & DAC bundle I didn't fall in love with.
Can anybody point me to the proper threads?
