I'm planning to use it with DAC1 in the future. The one that I know is RME 96/8. I just wonder, are there more sound card with AES/EBU output feature in the market (which is also cheap). under 150USD

when you say AES/EBU (AES3), are you asking for S/PDIF (the most common version of AES3)?

or is it specifically "AES/EBU" with the 3-pin XLR?

AES/EBU is a signal that my Lavry can handle on all inputs, coxial, optical and XLR. Therefore, for myself, if I wanted the lowest priced XLR input for my Lavry I would get a HagUSB with XLR out. AES/EBU is nothing more than SPDIF with a bit set as I understand it. My Lavry can detect it and change it directly into SPDIF.

It's not PCI, but the Trends Audio UD-10 has 3 pin XLR AES/EBU. Since you're considering the HagUSB, I thought I'd throw in this USB transport as well.
