I have a 1.5 year old cousin and my uncle asked me to find them a nice digital camcorder. I have no idea what to look for in them. I like Canon's products in general so I looked at Canon ZR-950 and ZR-930.
The only requirements is it has to be small and easy to use and budget of around $250-$300. Please help me out
