Which dac for Luxman P-1u amp?

For Sennheiser HD800's, I'm thinking of buying a Luxman P-1u amp.  But I'm unsure if the Wolfson dac in my Rotel RA-12 integrated amp will be a weak link.  (Wolfson WM8740 24 bit/192kHz dac).  
 
I've heard the Luxman DA-200 combo amp/dac with Burr-Brown PCM 1792A dac and loved it with the HD800's.  Will using the Rotel's Wolfson's dac be similar to this, or should I be willing to upgrade the dac if I'm going to get the P-1u?  
 
Or, would I be better off going with the Luxman DA-200?
