As per website TS-200’s should be what you want.

There is a model which is specially designed for True wireless earbuds. The tips are catered for true wireless earbuds with short nozzle.

by luck i already had some 200 series but i lost the packaging, the 1s i have are the 200 comfort series but after fitting them the charging case doesnt recognise their in (the led dont light up), so i can only assume that i didnt fit them properly or they are the wrong type

TS-200? It might be too long and the length prevents the charging metal on the earbuds to sit on the metal on the case...

i bought the comply 200 many months ago (maybe around January 2018) and the packaging dooesnt make any mention of being tw200 it says ts200

after finding the original packaging it says ts200 comfort series. here is the email i sent comply support asking about compatibility

Hi Garry,

Thanks for reaching out to us! We have tested the B&O E8 with our Isolation 200 tips and they should fit in the charging case well if you slightly compress the tips before inserting them back into the charging case. The tips will always re-expand back to its original shape. Please also make sure that you push the tips all the way onto the soundport of the earbud.
