Which amp for Cyrus 8x and Senn HD650

I need a headphone amp to pair with Cyrus 8x CD player and Sennheiser HD650. Since nobody in my area is selling amps like Lehmann, C.E.C, Single Power etc... I'm not able to hear any of these. Any comments from people evaluated amps in price range of Lehmann BLC are highly appreciated.
