You can get them from ebay. A better way is to contact the guy that sells them, David W. You can do that at audiogon, he has ads there or you can PM him here at Head-Fi. He goes by the name Maniac.

Yep, Maniac is the guy you should contact. you MIGHT get a better price for being an eBay and saving everybody from listing fees/hassles.
