Where to buy an Iaudio m3 40g?

I can't seem to find any of the 40g models for sale. I'm looking for a brown one. The main site has it for 400$ with the cradle and a "free" flash based mp3 player, but it won't be in stock for 2-3 weeks. There aren't any of the 40gig ones on ebay, and amazon is out of stock too. Anyone know of anywhere else I can find one?
