Where can I get a Cambridge Azur 540C or 540D?

I see the 540C plays CDs and 540D plays DVD and CDs but they cost the same. Do they have same sound quality? Would it be better to get the 540D since it plays both DVD and CD or would 540C provide better sound quality?

And where is the cheapest place one can get them?

I thought the 340C, 540C, and 640C where all introduced in a very close time frame if not together. And it seems each model up one gets better DAC and components... But are these improvements worth the price difference?

I have never listened to any of these players, so can't help you with sound quality. But the 340C was just introduced within the last 2-3 months.
