I have the headset mentioned in the title (I will change soon). It's has surround sound right? The thing is that there's this little thing called "Razer Kraken 7.1 v2 APO Helper" process/program that installs alonside with Razer Synapse.
If I disable it, the audio becomes extremely loud, I have to use the volume in the 4% or 5% in Windows, that's very wierd, seems like something is wrong (the audio is fine tho, the audio is still clean and good). If I let enabled, the audio is lower, I have to set at around 20% volume, seems more normal (audio quality is good as well). There's no difference in audio quality, just the volume.So what's the mistery? Am I having the surround sound in both ways? Or one way is stereo and the other one is surround? I don't have a stereo headphone yet to compare.
