My damn UE TF10's hate me so they like to cut sound on the left earbud. Not fully but like the right one is regular and the left one just sucks. I still have my warranty but the Logitech site but they ask for the serial code on the earbud and I cant read it

So what to do? I would love to send them to UE but I cant for the life of me read the code thing. Also I have changed cables and have a Westone cable and I am powering it by a FiiO E11

If you have a good digital camera take a picture of it and load it up on the computer. You may be able to read it than with any luck. With a good camera that should magnify the serial code by quite a bit and hopefully make it readable. I don't even want to know how tiny the print is for them to be able to put it on there.
