What software do I need to produce a frequency graph like this one?

To create these graphs, you may want to use audio editing or audio analysis software, such as Adobe Audition or Audacity. They will allow you to analyze audio files and create graphs of spectrum, frequencies and other sound parameters. You can use these programs to create graphs for your songs and automatically divide them into groups according to the desired parameters.

I want to make these graphs for some songs I listen to, that automatically separates out all the bands. What software do I need to do this?
I’m not sure what you mean by “separates out all the bands”? There are quite a few free frequency spectrum analysis tools out there but they just provide an instantaneous frequency analysis or an average over a period of time (within a selection). They analyse/split the content into frequencies, not specific bands, specific instruments or specific sections.

The software in that screenshot is Adobe Audition.

But it's not 'separating bands' actually (otherwise there wouldn't be any overlap). The different colours are just different parts of the song.
