What format is usrlocal_media.db?

What format are Fiio's database files?  sqlite?  berkeley db?  Text?  Something proprietary?  I'm interested in trying to read internal playlists from the Fiio and convert them to m3us on my PC.

Hi, the database files can not be opened or read on computer, and it also can not be converted to M3U format.
