Really awesome. Definitely an improvement over the 3's straight out of Iphone 2G or Nano 3G. Forgot the name of the lineout I picked up, but it seems to be a nice one. The amp seems to really tighten up the bass and add a lot of "air" to the overall presentation. Took an excellent IEM and made it just superb. I'm using large olives, which give me a great seal. The Icon is tiny! I previously had a Tomahawk and got rid of it because I didn't like carrying it around- with this thing, I can fit the amp and the Nano together in an old Blackberry case with a clip- perfect for exercise and really compact. The Icon also sounds great as a DAC.

Highly recommend amp and this combination (without having tried any others)

I'm using the same combo with medium olives and can't agree more. I have about 90 hours of use on it and it has really opened up. Great forward and airy sound. I use it primarily as a dac/amp combo for my laptop and it works wonderfully. It's extremely smal size also helps
