I need to burn in my amp and I need to get a wave generator program to use to burn it in. What is the best generator to get and where can I get it?

It's kinda strange that they'd have a high-frequency sweep that goes to 30 kHz, considering that it's theoretically impossible at 16-bit/44.1 kHz (since the Nyquist frequency is 22.05 kHz).

We were playing with nch tone generator (white, pink, sawtooth, log and linear sweeps) at my buddy's this past weekend. It's a free d/l, but no dice for my mac.

If you have a VST compatible host you can get this for free.

mda-vst.com :: look at "test tone".

I use it with Audio HiJack Pro as the host which is shareware.

Noise works like a treat as well.
It can put out white or pink noise, and have a built in volume control.
