wasapi not working with FiiO x3 DAC

I was fiddling around being bored. wasapi is not working with my X3 DAC. It has no sound output. If I uninstall the plugin and uncheck 24Bits under winamp, I can hear sounds through the X3 DAC. Ok, wasapi enabled works for foobar2k when wasapi (event) Speakers (FIIO X3) is selected. Any thoughts?
 
Maybe I am doing something wrong?
