Hi do you have experiences using the headphones jack of the famous Pioneer amplifiers such as

A400, A656, A656MKII, A717, A717 MKII,A757, A777,A858 ?

I have read the A400 worked fine with low impedance headphones, is this right?

thanks

No, I've never used any of those but I have used a Pioneer SX-40 (I know it's not famous lol) and a few other old school stereo receivers as amps for headphones. Except for a newer Onkyo, they all sounded pretty good to me with low and high impedance cans. As far as the A400, I'm not sure, I never heard it. The best thing would be to listen to it unfortunately. I do know sometimes that isn't possible.
