I'm looking a pir of vmoda m100 from Amazon Whare house deals.It says it may come repackaged.

Has anyone brought an item from them?

I will get a new xs if they are not trustworthy

Let me start by saying, ymmv. 
I've bought plenty of used headphones from AWD and about 75% of them are new. Most of the damage or imperfection in the description only refers to the packaging, but I have had some experience where it's clearly used. 
Amazon has a very good return policy (as long as you don't abuse it) so there's really no worries. You can easily return an item if you don't like it.
