I listen to music off my computer I’ve been using a amp thru its USB port I’m looking at a different amp
But they have no usb ports and my computer has only usb ,how can use usb ports for rca plugs?

You have to buy an external DAC (Digital to Analog Converter). Here is a good one that is not too expensive:

 You need a USB DAC like the Schiit Modi.
