Are there combined,  i.e single box,  USB DAC + Tube HP amp products available (around $300) ? I only found one Hifiman EF2 ...
any others ?

I dont know of any others, but the EF2 is supposed to be a great little unit.

EF2 does not have line outs as well as coax in, which I require...
