Is this even possible or legal?

Its argument is weak, if not a flat out bald faced lie that Google forces users into its search engine etc. As anyone can easily go into settings and choose any search engine they want or even uninstall/install any browser they want on any device.

I view this as a old fashioned mafia style shake down.

Apple has its own Browser, search engine and OS...yet are off the DOJ's radar.

Besides at this point no matter who owns Android or Chrome, people will still use it as they would before.

I'm betting this who thing ends with Google paying some billions and those who are 'in the know' will use this time to pile on Google stock as it takes a hit. At the end of every story is $ and at the beginning of every road is $.

I was invited into the Google Product Expert Program and have had personal dealings with them on several levels.

They are more crooked than you can imagine, but I suspect it's a matter of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing.
That's what I'd like to think.

However, after it became apparent I wasn't Bleat Fleet Bound to toe the Google Line they didn't credit me with points I'd earned for helping people in their Help Center to keep me from advancing to the next level in the Program. Changed corrections I had made on Google Maps to reflect the correct address of the building I've lived in for almost 18 years because it "could not be verified" and shadowbanned me like some dummy to try and hide it,

My word as a PE not being good enough was not the issue, but there the matter of hands.

When I couldn't get a response as to why I took it to the board and outed them, asking the hard questions like I am known for, they sent the Bleat Fleet in to tag-team-troll me for that Cardinal Sin committed against them. I told them we were both having Buyers Remorse and quit the PE Program in front of them.

You know they changed their motto?

""Don't be evil" is Google's former motto, and a phrase used in Google's corporate code of conduct.

Following Google's corporate restructuring under the conglomerate Alphabet Inc. in October 2015, Alphabet took "Do the right thing" as its motto, also forming the opening of its corporate code of conduct. The original motto was retained in Google's code of conduct, now a subsidiary of Alphabet. Between April 21st and May 4th of 2018, the motto was removed from the code of conduct's preface and retained in its last sentence."

So at least they're honest, and I do admire that in a Crook.

But their CEO is a cat-cabooser, I hit on his ole lady, Mary Lou Jepsen, made her the wallpaper she has on her desktop right now, had already challenged his bot to a talk with mine and said his Mother wore combat boots to provoke him but he was busy scratching kitty litter.

The DOJ is just who needs to be looking at them. But I'm not in their Bleat Fleet either.

Call me, Mary Lou. ;)
