i live in canada, and recently bought a mp3 player from the united states. the mp3 player was $130, and the seller shipped it with UPS. when it arrived, UPS charged me a total of SIXTY EIGHT DOLLARS! is there any way to get this back? would they refund the money if i told them that the item is a mistake and should be returned to the sender?

possibly, US to CAN transactions cost a crap load in the end. the seller should have informed you of the final cost and let you decide, i would attempt to contact both companies and try to get all you money back.

or

read the sales agreement the website has and see if it says anything about buyer paying all extra shipping charges if it does your prolly SOL, if it doesnt fire off a well worded(dont rant) letter to their customer service asking what can they offer you, dont demand a refund as its easy to just say no too.

other then that, sorry hope it was worth 2 bills.
