noticed these on amazon, $8. Speaker protection board utilizing upc1237.
value of the middle electrolytic capacitor affects the "on-delay" time. Relays engage when voltage at this cap reaches about 2v. 1000uf => ~50 seconds delay. This cap sees about 2.2v.
Good addition to a tube amp (which has high turn-on "pop" surge).
