When I'm starting a new thread or even replying I don't see any way to include an image. The FAQ states to click on the icon (mountains). I see no such option. Usually in forums there's a button to click on to upload a file/image. I see no such options?
I've made about 15 or 20 posts so far - am I still being penalized as a new user?
***UPDATE***
Looks like it has to do with the chrome browser. When I logged into the forum with IE 11, I see the various options such as images, fonts, etc. None of those were visible in chrome!
