Wow, I didn't know how much of it is hand-made. No wonder they cost so much.

Interviewer wasn't that great and all the guys that were interviewed were extremely nervous, but it was still a very cool video.

Well concidering that it costs 1100 for a UE11 and you have to go to an ear specialist to get a mold made....
Though she really does suck with a microphone...and not even halfway hot

And also, they have the some of the best customer service out there. I just don't use IEMs anymore because I prefer fullsize headphones. But if I ever did get an IEM again, it would be a custom and a UE-11 (or whatever is the best from Ultimate Ears at the time) for sure.

I love seeing how things are made. Even more so for the stuff i use! (note, I am addicted to Livewires...)

But I have to say, that is some of the worst production i have ever seen. Ever heard of a Boom mic? She could have worn a lapel mic...but half of everything anybody said was off mic. Even a foam windscreen would have been a bonus.

The quality of the video was average for a webcast, its a shame they can't get a bit more creative with the editing.

She's not a bad host, but good post production work could make her a whole lot better.

Sure, its fascinating when a Celebrity comes on, but I thought those guys who worked there were infinitely more interesting than a dude from sugar ray.

Interesting enough content, awful dreadful presentation. Get a proper sound man so you arent braining people in with your inability to use a hand microphone.

Yes, she was certainly annoying, but it was great to understand in more detail the work/time it takes to make the custom pieces. I decided to make custom ear plugs for my Tripple 10's instead of going the full custom route. I am getting my pieces from Custom Molded Earpieces from AverySound.com - I just sent the ear impressions today, so in 2-3 weeks I will have the custom plugs
