ue-5c???

Do you guys recommend me to buy them or to wait and buy another ones like the E500???am I going to find so much difference on those two?Just notice that the headphones that I am using are the ones that comes with the ipod.

Nobody really knows yet. The UE5c's are pretty much proven, while the E500's are just starting into ultra-hype mode.

If the few members observations are on the mark as far as the E500's compared to UE10's....I would hold off until the E500's are available and make a more informed decision.

I'm a big UE fan, but it's easier to move from a E500 to a UE5c than the other way around in case you change your mind.

Edit: If you have never used IEM's...maybe try E4's or something lower first to get your feet wet.

It seems that Shure always one up Westone and UE, I'd give it a few months to make that $400+ decision.

But do you guys really recommend me to change form sitty phones to orgasmic ones like E500. Ue-5c and E500 are both amazing but the wants of getting phones that are custom are amazing, plus I I get the custom ones I garantize that none will use them. However the last decesion is one the sound. If the the Ue-10 are in the same level of quality as the E500 will I notice so much difference to the sound quality found on the Ue-5c. Last comment:
Is Ultimate ears going to launch any new custom phones? Is going to update their super.fi brand to three drivers phones??? Any news???

I truly doubt there will be any news since CEBIT 2006 is like a month away. Any new gadget/announcement will be made during that event.

If you are really itching to get something before and you are leaning towards custom get some UM56. That way you could sell the UM's later if you wanted but keep the custom tip molds for the E500 if you decide to go that route.
