Two DACs + One Amp

I have two DACs and I want to connect them to my Schiit Magni Heresy using this adapter. I use one DAC at a time.

Will everything be alright in this setup ? Will the signal degrade or weaken ? anything wrong with this setup ?

I dont believe that will work. You need something like this. I have very similar and works fine.

Why wouldn't it work ? I use one DAC at a time, So only one DAC is turned on at a time, The other DAC is turned off.

Why not get a Schiit Sys I have 2 of them and they just work. I mostly use them to send a Dac signal to 2 amps but can easily be used to send 2 Dac signals to one amp.
