I recently upgraded(?) from Perreaux SXH-1 to MF X-CAN V3. Using Senn 650/Cardas I find X-CAN clearly better in almost all respects. Perreaux is nice but somehow boring.
Anyone have suggestions on tweaking the X-CAN? MF is advertising a new PSU for 399 US$, more than I paid for X-CAN new a few months ago - any other compatible PSU's?
Have seen some comments about rolling V2 tubes, but not V3. Any suggestions here?
