Trying to source OEM rated battery replacement for AK120II

I am currently in need of a replacement battery for my Astell Kern AK120II but not many places other than AliExpress but not sure if those are trustworthy. Besides that, typically the shipping will take over 2 months. So I checked eBay but there's only one source that sells out of U.K. but the product does not look all that different from the ones sold on AliExpress but it cost more than double the add another $20 for shipping the States. OEM battery seems to have a regulator circuitry to meet the specification of Astell Kern so I really don't want to take any chances. If anyone has a recommendation, I'm all ears, thanks!

Nextbatteries might be the best bet. I won't buy storage devices like USB sticks or batteries on Aliexpress anymore after getting some dud items. Every battery powered item has horrible life, like they double the milliamp rating of everything on there.

Yes, I was looking at them, but unfortunately, they only carry replacement LiPo for AK120 and not AK120II. I actually wound up ordering on eBay from a seller in U.K. It costs way more and the mA rating is lower than the original battery (3300mA vs. 2500mA) but the seller mentioned that the rating on the label is rather misleading very often.

So I will try that battery first to see how it fares. I also ordered one from AliExpress as well but as you said, I don't have high hopes for those but maybe I'll get lucky
