Trouble downloading a CD I bought...? help!

I bought a brand new CD. It is a complete cover of AC/DC's Back in Black album by another metal band. I always load my CD's on my computer so I can load them onto my iPod. BUT this one cannot be read by my computer. It will play just fine on my home CD player and my car CD player but my computer WILL NOT read it at all. SO...I am assuming since AC/DC does not do business with iTunes that there is some kind of protection on this CD which is blocking me. What can I do? I am not a very knowledgable computer guy. TIA...
