There are many models out there to be found with different specs. The results are roughly the same. Why not have a LTSpcie-model-thread

The differences between models for JFETs seem bigger. Here's the ones I use.

The Fairchild website is an automated system. I'd check your SPAM or query your e-mail service provider. Once i request them, I get them within 10-30 seconds or so
