I listen to my ipod at around 80 percent volume, and around 50 percent volume on my computer. I think I have tinnitus because I can hear this really annoying, high pitched hum when I'm in quiet situations. What should I do, because I don't want hearing loss.

I would stop using the 'phones until you see your doctor.

Stop listening, to to a doc or audiologist and see where the tinnitus comes from.
