I'm using tidal to stream from my phone and iPad. Is this currently the highest quality streaming service that can be used on an iPhone and iPad? Thanks

ClassicOnline HD*LL can stream High Res (up to 192/24) on a Mac (and for sure other plattforms as well).
Catalogue is rather small with mainly Naxos content.
Qobuz can stream High Res (up to 192/24) on an iPhone (you need a capable DAC for that), but only music you have purchased in High Res from them. The subscription catalogue is 44/16.
Both might not be available in your country...
