Ok so bear with me, this idea has 2 iterations, first I have acquired a discrete USB powered AMP/DAC of good quality for cheap this is variation 1
Variation 2 is with a standard portable AMP although in this case I am trying to use above unit for my Desktop AMP and acquire a nice type A portable AMP at a good price
Variation 2 build -> 20,000mAh 5V 2.4 power pack -> 5V/2A output linked to current dac in sig ($20-30 logitech bluetooh adapter via adapter cable USB required 5V/1.5A -> Bluetooth Adapter has 13 hours life and linked to nice type A portable AMP
= cheap nice Bluetooth AMP for $20 (not including the $20-30 logitech since it would be useless with the new discrete DAC/AMP)
Variation 1 build -> 20,000mAh 5V 2.4 power pack -> 5V/2A output linked via adapter to powered USB hub
Iphone -> linked via adapter to USB input of hub
Hub -> linked via USB to Discrete powered USB DAC/AMP
= little more complicated but also nice DAC/AMP made portable for extra $40, half the price of discrete AMP new including what I paid for it used
Now tell me why I am an idiot.
