The official glossary may have all the info that is technically correct, but where's the fun in that? This is the thread where we can tell it like it really is.

Let's get the ball rolling...

"Scales really well": Whatever the cost of the piece of audio gear you're talking about, prepare to spend at least 3X that amount on other supporting gear.

No treble and no bass. Also known as “well defined mid range.”
