i have a project headbox mkII headphone amp,it powered my beyer dt990's fine but since i got my hd650's i feel i am not getting the most out of them,i want to buy a new headphone amp.
I listen to music from my pc(auzentech x-fi prelude Soundcard) using analog.some people say i need a dac but i think a good amp will do justice to the hd650's.There are so many amps out there and i am not sure where to get them.what are the best amps that suits the sound signature of the hd650's.I am willing to spend up to £400 on an amp.
Any advice is appreciated
