I had sent my RE 1 and RE 2 for RMA .Oh boy oh boy i am over whelmed with the fast response from Fang Bian.I had requested him to ship to a different address other than the address on my PayPal .I had changed it a couple of times coz i am in vacation now.The customer care lady( not sure about her name) was kind enough to take my new address and change it .I got my products today.They were shipped through TNT( another amazing service,they traveled 400kms from christchurch NZ to deliver just one package).I am at Fox Glacier west coast NZ which is quite far from any city.


One word Head-Direct,You guys rock

.I have another reason now to spread the word how good is head-direct.

Bought a pair of RE0 at 8:41am Thursday, received confirmation of shipping at 10:48am and they were in my hand at around 3pm on Friday.

And another. I bought the J$ headband, and it shipped the same day (Monday)and arrived on Friday. I live in California, so that's really fast!
