It doesn't come with instructions so I'm not sure how the chips are supposed to be placed. I looked at the picture and it seems that both chips have the little indent facing the same way? How is it placed into the META42? Indent to indent? Confusing without a picture sorry...

Two of the open holes have square pads. These are for pin 1 on the opamps. The assembled adapter goes with the notches on the chips in the same orientation as the notch on the socket you're plugging it into.
