specifically the "underline tag", "bold", "colour" tag,...
 
I was posting in the feedback thread and when tags didn't work I copied everything, closed my browser and on reopening it still wouldn't work. Strangely enough there was no way in copying the message I wrote before I closed the browser back into the reply box without it being in what it looks like a quote.
 
I searched but didn't get any hits regarding this issue
