hey, all. ive been running the logitech g pro (not the pro x, the original ;( ) for quite some time, nearly since it launched. im thinking its high time to upgrade and ive been eyeing the samson SR850 based on one of DankPods vids. after looking at reviews its got the general idea i want, id just want something similar profile wise with better build quality. im expecting rare 3-foot drops from my desk if i forget to use my command hook lol.

The Hifiman He5xx or He400se would be a good upgrade. The DT880 250 ohm as well, and more durable. I use the He5xx daily and it's pretty sturdy. Anything lighter can take a small drop better though. Replaceable cables will help as a feature. The HE400SE is compact and the padded headband is probably the best bet.
